Patterns in your check-ins
On Insights, after the charts, Patterns in your check-ins sets your own check-ins side by side. It compares your average mood on days:
- after 7 or more hours of sleep, and after less;
- when you moved, and when you didn't;
- with low stress (1–2), and with high stress (4–5).
It always looks at the last 3 months, whichever range you're viewing. A comparison appears once you have at least 14 check-ins in that time, with at least 5 days on each side, so a handful of days can't paint the wrong picture. Until then you'll see: "Patterns show up here once you have more check-ins with sleep, movement or stress."
When the two averages are close (less than half a point apart), Moodbow says your mood was about the same and shows both numbers.
These are your own check-ins side by side. They may show what tends to go together, not what causes what. Patterns are worked out from the check-ins you've already saved, with no AI and nothing sent anywhere else.
