Moodbow Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Vitor Ribeiro Carvalho, trading as BurrowSoft (297 Moo 1, Baan Sanian, Mueang Nan, Nan 55000, Thailand) about using Moodbow, the app and the website moodbow.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Moodbow is, and isn't
Moodbow is a private journal that helps you notice patterns in your mood, sleep and habits. It is not medical care, therapy or a diagnosis, and it isn't a crisis service. The AI's reflections are suggestions to think about, not professional advice. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away; Moodbow lists some in Me → Want to talk to someone?.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content is yours
Everything you write and log stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and process it for the features you use (including, if you turn AI on, sending it to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy). We don't use your journal for anything else.
Fair use
Don't misuse Moodbow: no attempts to access other people's data, break or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything illegal. We may limit or close accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The journal is free
The journal (writing, check-ins, timeline, charts, export) is free. We may change features over time and will tell you in advance about changes that matter.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete account. We may end the service or close accounts with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious misuse. If we ever shut Moodbow down, we'll give you time to export your data first.
Liability
We work hard to keep Moodbow running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on AI content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date and tell you in the app before the change applies. Questions: support@moodbow.com.
