Import from another app
In Me → Your data, choose Import from another app, then Choose a file and pick a Daylio CSV export, or any CSV file with date, mood (1–5) and note columns. On a phone, the file comes from your phone's own file picker (Files or Downloads). Your file is read on your device, and before anything is saved you see a preview of what was found.
Moodbow never overwrites what you already have: a day that already has a check-in keeps it, and importing the same file twice adds nothing new. Daylio's activities and tags aren't imported. If you used your own mood names in Daylio, you match each one to a Moodbow mood first. You can import up to 2,000 days at a time; the newest come first.
Imported notes are part of your journal like anything you write here, so they appear in Timeline and Insights, and are kept as private as the rest.
